FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by compensation of signal vector phase rotation, caused by instability of bearing frequency, on elementary sections of message digits in digital form with linear elements. Device comprises two multipliers (1, 2), the first inputs of which are combined and are input of device, phase changer (3), frequency synthesiser (6), reference generator (9), two analog-digital converters (4, 5), complex multiplier (7), sine-cosine functional converter (8), phase synthesiser (11), the first and second matched filters (10, 12), calculator of double arc tangent (13), delay element (14), subtraction unit (15), the first, second and third summators of elements (16, 17, 18), calculator of arc tangent (19), multiplier-divider (20), the first and second summators (21, 23), integrator (24), calculator of phase dispersion (22), comparator (25), searching unit (26), outlets of the first and second summators of elements (16, 17) are outputs of demodulator.

EFFECT: reduced energy losses in coherent demodulation of phase-manipulated signals.
