SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radio technology and is intended for application in coherent signal demodulation with multistable phase shift. Device includes two multiplicators, first inputs of which are combined and form the device input; phase rotator; frequency generator; reference generator; two analog-to digital converters; two integrators with reset; double arctangent calculator; two multipliers-dividers; loop filter; phase synthesiser; two subtraction units, where the second unit output is the device output.

EFFECT: reduced energy loss in coherent signal demodulation, achieved by compensation for signal vector phase rotation caused by carrier instability, in digital form by linear elements, without the use of slave generator.
