FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed transducer comprises set of N aligned identical piezo-active rings with acoustically flexible gaskets arranged between the faces of the latter, acoustic screen arranged on transducer outer surface, delay line to increase signal time delay with increase with the number of ring which is connected with every ring via intermediate amplifier and power amplifiers. Note here that signal generator output is connected with said delay line with its N outputs connected with appropriate N inputs of filters with adjustable transmission ratio. Said filter transmission ratio features peaks in the area of piezo-active runs radial resonance and higher. Note that as rung number increases, depth of said peaks decreases and frequencies corresponding to them increase.
EFFECT: smaller weight and seizes, sufficient bandpass and efficient radiation, reduced costs.
