SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly - to neurology. The method involves extremely high frequency radiation on the biologically active points (BAPs). It covers the right and left BAPs. Frequency of the radiation is 150.0±0.75 GHz. The acute and subacute disease requires the therapeutic course of 10 procedures, with exposure on each point for 3 minutes. Thus on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th sessions, the BAPs GI 4, E 36, MC 5, VB 20 and F2 are involved, and on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th sessions - the BAPs GI 11, RP 6, TR 6, VB 41 and F 3. In the chronic disease, the therapeutic course is 15 procedures with exposure on each point for 5 minutes. On the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th sessions, it covers the BAPs GI 4, E 36 and MC 5, on the 2nd, 5th, 8th, 11th and 14th sessions - GI 11, VB 20 and F 2, and on the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th and 15th sessions - RP 6, TR 6, VB 41 and F 3.

EFFECT: method improves clinical effectiveness due to application of radiation of frequency 150,0±0,75 GHz stimulating endogenous nitrogen oxide activity and choice BAPs to be exposed with considering a form of the disease.
