FIELD: medicine, neurology. SUBSTANCE: one should affect corporal biologically active points (BAP) of restorative, local and segmentary action. Impact is performed with silver acupuncture needles daily for 30-60 min. Additionally, one should affect with electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency and/or alternating impulse current. Impact comes through silver needles introduced into periosteal areas in certain vertebra and/or into local BAP in area of hernial localization. Moreover, one should alternate local impact in a session with that by silver needles onto scalp's projectional areas. The method prolongs remission duration and excludes operative interference.
