FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical engineering and can be used to create a microclimate with controlled parametres for the treatment and prevention of respiratory diseases. The device for obtaining aerosol includes a framework, an air duct with an agitator of air flow at the inlet, a chamber for saline material connected with the duct with inlet and outlet holes, and a shredder of saline material in the form of crushing framework with a rotary drive. The chamber is divided into two parts with movable horizontal wall made with an option of vertical movement. The crushing framework is placed at the bottom part of the chamber. The upper part of the chamber is interconnected with the duct with inlet and outlet holes. The movable part is made with at least one additional flat edge perpendicular to its surface directed towards the crushing framework and is placed perpendicular to the direction between the inlet and outlet holes of the chamber. The edge height is designed in such a way that it does not reach the crushing framework.
EFFECT: obtaining aerosol out of saline material in the device structurally simpler, cheaper to manufacture, more productive and more economical in operation due to time-sharing of processes of saline material fragmentation and its delivery to the premises.
