SUBSTANCE: invention refers to new compounds of formula I in the form of salt where J means a C₁-C₂ alkylene; R¹ means cyclopentane, cyclohexyl, phenyl or thiophenes; R² means hydroxy; R³ means a cyclopentane, cyclohexyl, phenyl or thiophenes; with R¹ and R³ are not identical, or -CR¹R²R³ together form a group of the formula , where R^a means a chemical bond, and R^b means hydroxy; R⁴ means methyl; R⁵ means C₁ alkyl substituted with -CO-NH-R⁶; R⁶ means 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group that contains in a cycle at least one heteroatom selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur; or J means C₁-C₂ alkylene; R¹ and R³ both mean phenyl; R² means hydroxy; R⁴ means methyl, R⁵ means C₁ alkyl substituted with -CO-NH-R⁹; and R⁹ means 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group that contains in a cycle at least one heteroatom selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur. The invention also refers to pharmaceutical composition, to application of compound according to any of clauses 1-3, as well as to method for obtaining a compound of formula I according to clause 1.
