SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, in particular to a method for visualizing positron emission tomography (PET) LRRK2 in an object tissue, according to which: a compound of formula I I where m is 0 or 1; X is -NH; R1 is C1-6 alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl; R2 is a halo-C1-6 alkyl; R3 is -OR4; R4 is C1-6 alkyl; halo-C1-6 alkyl; n is 0 or 1; R5 and R6 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form morpholine; and R7 is a halo; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound comprises at least one C11 or F18 label; allow the compound to penetrate into the tissue of the object and collect a PET image of the CNS tissue or brain. Also, a group of inventions refers to a method for visualizing PET LRRK2 in a CNS tissue or brain of an object, to compounds of formula I, to the use of compounds of formula I for the preparation of a diagnostic imaging composition LRRK2 and the use of the compounds of formula I for diagnostic imaging of LRRK2.
