FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: viscosity of fluids thickened with viscoelastic surface active substances SAS (VES) is reduced with composition containing at least one not-saturated fat acid, such as monoenoic and/or polyenoic acid. Not-saturated fat acid is included into composition of a low soluble internal phase of fluid. The composition designed for dilution is, possibly, causes restructuring, disaggregating or other effect onto a micellar structure of fluid gelled with VES. Salt fluid gelled with SAS on base of amino-oxide is possibly can be diluted with oil, such as linseed oil, soy bean oil and/or fish oil containing relatively high amounts of not-saturated fat acids. Not-saturated fat acids are self-oxidised producing such products as aldehydes, ketones and saturated fat acids destructing VES gel.
EFFECT: improvement of procedure.
