FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for oil refining in complex rectifying column and consists in supply of oil heated in furnace into feeding section of main column, in supply of superheated water vapours in lower part of main column, in withdrawal of vat residue, in withdrawal of distillate vapour from top of column, in mutual condensation of oil products vapours and water vapour, in successive separation of sewage water, in acute and intermediary circulation sprinkling, in withdrawing fluid into steam-stripping columns, and in return of vapours from upper part of steam-stripping columns into main column. To generate vapour flow in steam-stripping columns there are used film evaporators, into inter-tube space of which vapours from trays laying below the main column are supplied as a heat carrier. Condensate is returned onto vapours take-off tray. Not condensed part of vapours is supplied to an overlying tray, and, if necessary, water vapour is supplied into the film evaporator at amount facilitating specified efficiency of the film evaporator.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of columns, reduced power expenditures, raised quality of rectification, reduced amount of polluted sewage waters, and increased withdrawal of refined oil.
