FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in oil refining industry. The black oil delayed coking method includes heating of initial heavy oil stock in a tube furnace (1), its further cocking in the reactor (2) with discharge of coking products separated in the main rectification tower (3) with stripping sections (14, 15) and no less than two pumparounds for fat gas, benzene, light gas oil, heavy gas oil and quenching returned to the furnace (1) after mixing up with the raw stock. Fat gas produced in the main rectification tower is subjected to further processing that includes several stages: absorption extraction of C3 and C4 hydrocarbons from fat gas, chemisorptive treatment and separation into propane-propylene fraction and butane-butylene fraction by fractional distillation, adsorption dehydration of the semidry gas purified by chemisorptive treatment and extraction of ethane-ethylene fraction by low-temperature fractionation. Heat of high-energy potential flows of pumparounds from the main rectification tower (3) is used as heat supply in process of C3 and C4 hydrocarbons separation into propane-propylene and butane-butylene fractions as heat supply for partial heating of the initial stock.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows producing high-quality ethane-ethylene, propane-propylene butane-butylene fractions as well as dry gas with high energy potential and reducing energy costs for the process implementation.
