SUBSTANCE: special vodka contains the following components per 1000 decalitres of finished product: sugar syrup 65.8% - 19.50-20.00 l, aromatic spirit of reindeer antlers - 8.00-10.00 l, aromatic spirit of ingredients that include 2 kg of larch needles, 1 kg of rhodiola, 4.5 kg of meadowsweet, 110 kg of sugar, 60 kg of cedar nuts, 4 kg of peppermint. 2 kg of oregano, 0.5 kg of thyme and water-alcohol liquid with strength of 45 vol.% - 15.00-16.50 l, and water-alcohol liquid from rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and rectified drinking water - the rest, for blending strength of 40%. Special transparent vodka, with soft taste, vodka specific flavor with faint balsamic tone and subtle aftertaste of cream chocolate. Degustation evaluation - 9.2.
EFFECT: improved organoleptic properties, stronger tonic and adaptogenic action, wider assortment of special vodkas.
