FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: special vodka is obtained from sugar syrup with the concentration of 65.80%, rectified spirit "Lux", rectified drinking water and aromatic alcohol of bird cherry and meadowsweet inflorescences with the following use of initial ingredients per 1000 dal of vodka with the strength of 42 vol. %: aromatic alcohol from bird cherry inflorescences - 80-90 l, aromatic alcohol from meadowsweet inflorescences - 35-45 l, 65.8% sugar syrup - 35-40 l, water-alcohol liquid from rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux", and improved drinking water - the rest.

EFFECT: improving the organoleptic properties of the beverage, giving it the particular flavour of bird cherry and meadowsweet, enriching with biologically active substances.
