FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in development of overburden, in excavation of mineral, and in internal dump forming. Development of overburden is performed with wedge-shaped cuts. The wedge is totally developed maintaining parallelism of lines of a lower edge of internal dump on side of the production zone, axial line of excavator run at development of lower production of a sub-bench of the bench, axial line of re-loader run, lower and upper edges of the lower production bench of the following cut, axial lines of face conveyors for mineral transporting at excavation of lower and upper production sub-benches, axial line of excavator run at development of the upper production sub-bench of the bench, lower and upper edges of the upper production bench of the following cut, axial line of an overburden excavator and lower and upper edges of the overburden bench of the following cut. When mining is turned from initial position at 90 degrees, for conveyors transporting mineral of upper sub-bench the stand of the trunk conveyor is shortened, while the stand of the face is elongated at a value equal to inter-axle distance between conveyors to facilitate radial turn of the face conveyors relative to a reloading point of mineral from face to trunk conveyors. At turn of overburden front of mining at 180 degrees further development goes parallel to axis of a pit field.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness, increased efficiency and safety of mining.
