SUBSTANCE: indicator composition as powdered measuring transducer in an automatic photocolorimetric Siren-type gas analyser has a base in form of powdered polyethylne, a carbon sulphide chemical adsorbent - bis-(2-dimethylaminopropyl)amine, a dithiocarbamic acid chromogenic reagent, dimethylsulfoxide and water, where the chromogenic reagent is a thiomercury compound of general formula: , where R=H-; Cl-; Br-; F-; with given content of components.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity of analysis and longevity of the indicator composition.
