SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology. It involves instrumental examination of cardiac performance, and an orthostatic sign combined with RR intervalogram and evaluation of mode, dispersion and mode amplitude related to dispersion, with calculating a tension index by an expression: where AMo is mode amplitude, sec; Mo is mode of ECG histogram, sec; D is a dispersion value, mm. Rise of reaction for graduated physical activity with tension index decreased by 31-37% allows considering the course of sinus rhythm recovery as improving.
EFFECT: method allows for higher accuracy of cardiac fibrillation prediction.
