FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement systems and can be used to control location and motion of railway technological rolling stock on the basis of satellite navigation. Proposed device comprises n-navigation satellites, control-and-correction station and rolling stock. Control-and-correction station consists of receiving aerial, navigation receiver, correction computer, modulator, transmitter and transmitting aerial, and computer of parametres. Rolling stock device consists of first receiving antenna, navigation receiver and parametre corrector, second receiving antenna coupled with receiver, demodulator, route and location computer, memory unit, coordinates corrector, linear and angular motion transducers, coupling unit with its output to be connected to control system of rail lubricator nozzles.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of determination of location, direction and speed.
