FIELD: carrying construction and repair operations under water. SUBSTANCE: buoy station device has serial circuit of receiving antenna, satellite signal receiver, modulator, transmitter and transmitting antenna. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced indication and control unit, which information input is connected to output of calculation unit. Control output of indication and control unit is connected to third input of calculation unit. In addition device has second receiver of satellite signals, which output is connected to fourth input of calculation unit. In addition, device has third receiving antenna, which is connected to input of second receiver of satellite signals, and actuating mechanism position detector, which output is connected to fifth input of calculation unit. EFFECT: increased precision of automatic detection of position of actuating mechanisms of surface vessels. 4 dwg
