FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises at least one air via hole. Device comprises also at least one valve shutting off said via hole and rigidly jointed with wrought dual-action bilinear plate. Note here that said plate is fitted on the shaft to be strained thereon by centrifugal force caused by shaft rotation for said valve to stay in two different positions depending on shaft rpm: one, whereat said valve shuts off via hole and another, whereat it clears said hole for air to flow through.
EFFECT: optimised operating performances.
