FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: three successive cycles are made for measuring oscillation period which depends on the value of the measured resistance at different configuration of a frequency sensitive circuit. In the first cycle, a measured value is created, where Rst1 is a first standard resistance. In the second cycle, a measured value is created, where Rst2 is a second standard resistance. In the third conversion cycle, a measured value is created, where Rst3 is a third standard resistance. The unknown measured resistance is determined using the formula
EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy.
