SUBSTANCE: it is analysed in the system of information processing whether user generates output command or not, and output is confirmed only relative to information, which is not extracted from information saved in the first unit of storage, and information, which is not extracted from information saved in the second unit of storage, and importance, which is not below standard value. Therefore, user may avoid the necessity to generate output command or command of output prohibition for information, which is less important than standard value, even in case when information was distributed by server of information distribution and was or was not extracted.
