FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: optoelectronic switch has first and second optical isolators, an electronic switch, a forcing circuit, first, second and third resistors, an input bus, an output bus, first, second, third and fourth power buses. The input bus is connected to the input of the electronic switch and the input of the forcing circuit. The first power bus is connected through the first resistor to the first lead of the first optical isolator and the second output of the electronic switch. The second lead of the optical isolator is connected to the output bus and through the second resistor to the second power bus. The third lead of the first optical isolator is connected to the third power bus and through the third resistor to the fourth lead of the first optical isolator. The fifth lead of the first optical isolator is connected to the first output of the electronic switch and the fourth power bus. The first output of the forcing circuit is connected to the first lead of the second optical isolator. The second lead of the second optical isolator is connected to the second output of the forcing circuit and the fourth power bus. The fourth lead of the first optical isolator is connected to the third lead of the second optical isolator the fourth lead of which is connected to the third power bus. The first optical isolator is made from a composite transistor. The second optical isolator is made from a diode optocouple controlled by the forcing circuit.
EFFECT: shorter switching time of the optoelectronic switch.
