FIELD: communication means.
SUBSTANCE: interface device based on optoelectronic switch pertains to communication technique and may be used in electronic commutation engineering, in particular in data communication equipment and hardware-software complexes. The device contains photovoltaic optical coupler (1), resistors (2-5, 15, 23) transistors (6-7), unidirectional conduction element (8), input (9,10), output (11) and voltage distribution buses (12,13), register (14), light emitting diode (16), class speeding up unit (17), optical diode (18), light-activated transistors (19,20), transistors (21, 22) semiconductor switch. Coordination of digital outlets of the data communication equipment with controlled members is conducted with the help of galvanic isolation between the control circuit and switching element, whereat outlet signal goes to the controlled member of the device passes without delay against inlet one.
EFFECT: reduced delay of signal passing.
