DEVICE OF POLYCARDIOSIGNAL REGISTRATION Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A61B5/402 A61B7/04 H04R1/46 H04R7/04 H04R17/02

Abstract RU 2395231 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for polycardiosignal measurement. Device contains transformer made in form of piezoelectric microphone, which includes case, whose inlet is closed with elastic membrane, and integrator. Membrane is made from piezoelectric polymer film with external and internal electrodes in form of metalised surfaces of film. External electrode in connected with first outlet of transformer, internal electrode is connected with the second outlet of transformer. To the central part of membrane, from the inner side, single-axial MEMS accelerometre, whose outlet is connected with the fourth outlet of transformer, is fixed. In transformer case, on its back wall, fixed with its metalised surface is electret, which is connected with the third outlet of transformer with its metalised surface. The first transformer outlet is ECG-outlet of the device and is also connected with the first inlet of decoupling charge amplifier. The second transformer output is connected to the second inlet of decoupling charge amplifier and to the first inlet of decoupling voltage amplifier. The third transformer outlet is connected to the second inlet of decoupling voltage amplifier, whose outlet is ACG-outlet of the device. The fourth transformer outlet is VCG-outlet of the device and is also connected with inlet of integrator, whose outlet is SCG-outlet of the device. Outlet of decoupling charge amplifier is PCG- outlet of the device. Decoupling amplifiers of charge and voltage are provided with independent power supply units.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase accuracy of polycardiosignal registration and realise joint registration in one and the same point of chest with a single transformer of ECG, SCG, ACG, VCG and PCG signals.
