FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has transformer 1, divider 2, potentiometer 3, amplifier 4, integrating unit 5, differentiating unit 6, recorder. One output of transformer 1 is connected to divider 2 and the second one is connected to potentiometer 3. Output of potentiometer 3 is connected to electrocardiogram channel input of amplifier 4 which seismocardiogram output is connected to integrating unit 5, differentiating unit 6 connected to electrocardiogram channel inputs of amplifier 4. Output of divider 2 is connected to phonocardiogram channel input of amplifier 4. Transformer 1 is casing 8 provided with air conduction chamber 9 separated with plate 10 having openings. Funnel-shaped corrugated membrane 11 in casing 8 hermetically divides its cavity into submembrane space 12 and supramembrane space 13. Two piezoelectric gages 14 and 15 are mounted in submembrane space 12. One end of the piezoelectric gages is connected to the central part of membrane 11, the other ends being rigidly attached to casing 8. Both gages have independent outputs.
