FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ground thermostatic control systems and fire safety systems for spacecraft field with fluid oxygen and hydrogen in prelaunch jobs. Proposed device comprises intake device (1), filter (2), compressor (3), air feed pipeline (4), air coolers (4) and (5) and air heater (9). It comprises also plant (22) to separate air into nitrogen and oxygen. Air id cooled by two coolants. One of the latter represents water fed from tank (10) into cooler (7) by pump (14) via lines (11). Water is cooled in chill source (12). Another coolant represents antifreeze fed from tank (15) into air cooler (8) by pump (19) via lines (16). Antifreeze is cooled in refrigerator (17). Air is heated to preset temperature in air heater (9). Prior to fuelling of rocket carrier with fluid hydrogen, gaseous nitrogen, not air, is fed in spacecraft and rocket carrier compartments from plant (22) whereto it is fed from compressor (3). Air is heated to preset temperature in air heater (23). Gaseous oxygen is forced outside from plant (22). Particularly, it can be compressed and fed into receiver to storage.

EFFECT: higher operating performances of launching complex.
