FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and manufacturing of reinforcement item in the form of composite tightened reinforcement rod with constant end anchors, in particular reinforcement item is used to reinforce multi-cavity reinforced concrete panel of building floor. In method for manufacturing of reinforcement item, including tightening of composite rod of tightened reinforcement and installation of constant end anchors, tightened reinforcement rod is arranged as composite of hot rolled reinforcement sections, is equipped with stop races and buckle in the middle part of item, and constant end anchors are equipped with anchor races and quick-mounting anchors with distributing plates made of thick sheet steel.

EFFECT: simplified process of reinforcement item elements manufacturing, increased manufacturability of assembly and installation of item in place - into cavities of reinforced panel; usage of reinforcement steel of low strength for end non-tightened elements of composite rod of tightened reinforcement; reduced metal intensity and losses of steel in manufacturing of reinforcement item.
