FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: pump comprises a cylinder to a bottom of which a toothed ripper is rigidly connected. Between the ripper and the pump cylinder, there is a full-hole inlet valve unit accommodating a saddle, a ball and a casing. The pump cylinder comprises a soft-pocket plunger with a full-hole delivery valve unit. The soft-pocket plunger consists of a full-hole pipe branch with threaded pieces from both ends thereon there are a buckle below and coupling box screwed whereto the which the full-hole delivery valve unit consisting of a saddle, a ball and a casing is attached. A working pack of the soft-pocket plunger accommodates rubber-fabric collar section. In between, there are metal rings arranged.

EFFECT: higher reservoir recovery, production rate and overhaul period of wells.
