FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a hollow housing with a guide bushing in its upper part. The guide bushing is rigidly connected from below to the screw shaft, on the screw shaft there is a driven nut equipped with side openings and rigidly connected from below with a ripper-milling cutter. When the screw shaft moves downward, its translational motion is converted into the rotary motion of the driven nut, which is transferred to the ripper-milling cutter. The hollow housing is equipped from below with teeth arranged above the lower end of the ripper-milling cutter. Outside the hollow housing is equipped with a self-sealing cuff passable from the bottom to the top and radial openings made above the self-sealing cuff and communicating with the side openings of the driven nut. The screw shaft inside is equipped with a channel communicating the side openings of the driven nut with the inner space of the pipe string attached to the upper end of the guide bushing.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of bottomhole cleaning and the device operation reliability, simplifying the structure and excluding the pipe string sticking.
