SUBSTANCE: bobbin drying plant includes cylindrical chamber made in the form of two semi-cylinders installed on vertical axis with possibility of being opened through an angle of not less than 180°, equipped with locks, elastic seals fixed on inner surface, detachable perforated bottom, the cap located in upper part and consisting of disc with a hole in the centre, which are rigidly attached; at that, hole diametre is less than minimum allowable diametre of bobbin. Cylinder is conjugated with disc along outer diametre, and cone - along inner diametre. Cone is provided with possibility of being moved in vertical plane by means of drive. There are drying agent supply and discharge pipelines.
