FIELD: drying equipment. SUBSTANCE: compartment drier has drying chamber with air ducts for supplying and discharging drying agent, air stream generator mounted at outlet end of drying agent supplying air duct and made in the form of branch pipe defined by concentric guiding blades joined to conical diffuser inserts, car disposed in drying chamber above diffuser outlet opening and connected to it through sealing member. The latter has rigid branch pipe fixed to car frame and flexible branch pipe attached to inner surface of diffuser. Car has removably fixed perforated bottom, column mounted on frame for rotation about its own axis of rotation and for displacement to geometric center of bottom, or at least four columns rigidly fixed to frame along perimeter of bottom mounted on frame. Car is further equipped with cover having sealing collar with fasteners. Compartment drier is designed for drying raw plant material in rolls, as well as for drying heap material, such as straw sheaves, piles of grain or seed etc. EFFECT: simplified construction, wider operational capabilities and improved quality of dried agricultural products. 3 cl, 4 dwg
