FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device additionally comprises compressed gas bottle, electromagnetic valve, control unit, barrels accommodating jamming elements and pyro cartridges. Note here that cylindrical container comprises lines of radial holes above which barrels are arranged with their faces, on container side, stopped by readily collapsible plugs. Pyro cartridges are mounted on the side of barrel second face and electrically connected with control unit. Electromagnetic valve is connected with control unit and communicates via pipeline with said bottle and container.
EFFECT: interferences with characteristics, eg target speed, efficient reflection area and sizes, most approximate to actual targets.
