FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention includes rigidly attached detonating fuse, head part with pay load and jet turbine engine. At that, detonating fuse is equipped with ignition system, and head part is equipped with hollow axial channel and destruction mechanism of housing of head part and emission of pay load. Shell has the possibility of axial rotation, and pay load is made in the form of dipole scatterers arranged inside solid disc modules laid one on the other so that through axial channel is formed. At that, each disc module has axial eccentricity and is equipped with scattering mechanism of load laid in cavity of module for example in the form of galettes.
EFFECT: activity of cloud of radar clutter during a short period of time by using jet turbine shell.
