SUBSTANCE: device consists of two flat parts placed one onto the other, one of which comprises winding coils, axes of turns in which are perpendicular to plane of parts application, and magnetic cores of coils, and the other one - their closing permanent magnets. In process of generation electric generator parts are reciprocally or rotationally displaced relative to each other, which generates current as a result of magnetic flow change in coil magnetic cores.

EFFECT: increased capacity, compactness and reduced volume.
