FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electric generator with hand-operated gear is referred to portable power sources and designed to be used in everyday life or in camping conditions. Electric generator contains rotor and stator connected to generator housing. Two ends of flexible hose or several ends of hoses tired up through a handle are fixed in the front part of generator at the end of its shaft. Practically, they are arranged symmetrically to the shaft axis. Power is generated by hoses pulling in rotor axis direction and their waving and tensioning supported by rotor untwisting. There are skips in rotor untwisting where neutral position is skipped and hose(s) ends are twisted in the reverse direction. The process is then repeated.
EFFECT: decreasing generator gear dimensions, its ergonomics, simplicity, security and serviceability under different conditions.
