FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology of alcohol and animal feed industry. The method consists of complex processing of grain raw material for ethanol and feed products enriched in lysine, based on the bioconversion of polymers of grain raw material. Complex processing of grain raw material is carried by exogenous enzymes catalysing hydrolysis of starch, non-starchy polysaccharides and proteins. Grain wort processed by ferments is used for obtaining ethanol. Ethanol is distilled; post-ethanol grain stillage is divided into the dispersion and the liquid parts. The dispersion part of the stillage is dried. The liquid part of the stillage is used for raising weaning of grain stillage from alcohol production in the ratio of 1:2-1:10 for preparation of nutrient medium for production of feed product. Mineral salts and growth factors are added to the nutrient medium, for example corn extract, or hydrolysed yeast, the nutrient medium is inoculated with a culture-producer, the biosynthesis under aerobic conditions is conducted at 30°C up to maximum accumulation in the culture fluid of the desired product containing amino acids and protein.

EFFECT: use of this invention enables to use more fully all the components of grain raw material, reduce costs of the desired product and increase efficiency of its production, as well as improve the quality characteristics of the nutrient medium.
