SUBSTANCE: method of production of coffee drink "Smolensky". The invention refers to a technology of production of substitutes for coffee. The method provides preparation of prescription components, cutting, drying in a microwave field with the given parametres of the process and frying yacon, frying grains of barley, oats and rye, mixing these components and cryomilling of the obtained mixture in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain instant powder for cooking new flavoured coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials using non-waste technology.
