FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: all-weather raincoat is made of moistureproof cloth, has hexagonal flat shape with slot equipped with detachable buckle and closed with planks on both sides. Hood, which simultaneously serves as bag for storage of all-weather raincoat in folded condition, is stitched into slot, and sleeves in the form of pads are connected to side cuts of cloth. Hood is provided with detachable buckle along face edge and coupling of triangular shape. Item is equipped with facilities for connection with edges of other similar cloths, strengtheners along main axes of tension, loops and pockets for cords to stretch the raincoat. At the same time there are facilities to control width and length of item, and also facilities to control depth of hood with fixators. At the ends of slot there are clasps stitched to fix belt to bag as item is used in folded condition. For the raincoat the belt serves as facility of its fixation in the area of torso. There is also a pocket with compartments for storage of shelter reinforcement. Inner surface of all-weather raincoat includes handles to use the item as stretcher. Sleeves have flat rectangular shape and are fixed around hand wrists with buckles.
