FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to water for obtaining dialysing solution, dialysing solution with said water application, method of obtaining dialysing solution and device for dialysis. Water for preparation of dialysing solution has concentration of dissolved hydrogen from 100 to 150 fractions per billion, pH from 8.5 to 9.5 and satisfies criteria for water quality stated in ISO 13959. Dialysing solution is obtained by dilution of basic dialysis agent, which contains at least 50 ng/ml of glucose decomposition products. Method of obtaining dialysing solution includes dilution of basic dialysis agent with application of water for preparation of dialysing solution. Device for dialysis includes means for water supply for obtaining dialysing solution, which has concentration of dissolved hydrogen from 100 to 150 fractions per billion, pH from 8.5 to 9.5 and satisfies criteria for water quality stated in ISO 13959, means for storing basic dialysis agent, which contains at least 50 ng/ml of glucose decomposition products, and means for obtaining dialysing solution by dilution of basic dialysis agent with water for preparation of dialysing solution.
EFFECT: obtained dialysing solution prevents negative impact of glucose decomposition products on living organism.
