FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detoxification by dialysis methods. Preparing dialyzing solution involves addition of components of dialyzing solution to purified water. In purified water pH value is increased by electrochemical treatment to value 8.0-11.0. Then before addition of solution components water is treated in anode chamber of diaphragm electrochemical reactor up to pH value 6.9-7.5 and oxidative-reductive potential value +400 - +1000 mV relative to chlorosilver comparator electrode. Before pH value increase sodium chloride at concentration 0.5 g/l, not above, is added to the purified water.
