FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to brewing technology. The method involves extraction of hop using liquid nitrogen and separation of the corresponding miscella, cutting, drying in a microwave field with given process parametres and roasting girasol-sunflower, mixing girasol-sunflower and malt, saturating the obtained mixture with the separated miscella and simultaneously increasing pressure, reducing pressure to atmospheric pressure level with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, cryogenic grinding in the medium of the separated nitrogen, adding sugar, adding water and saccharification to obtain wort, adding brewing yeast, primary fermentation, after fermentation and filtration.
EFFECT: invention shortens duration of the process and increases foam stability of the end product.
