FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry and measuring-inspection machine with device for central orientation of fabric. Machine includes winding device, screen for visual sorting and unwinding device. Winding device is arranged in the form of movable carriage, which moves along guides of frame, transporting shafts with independent adjustments of shaft position in horizontal and vertical plane are installed into seats of carriage. Central orientation of fabric is done by sending a signal to stepped motor by optical sensor arranged on metering-inspection table. Pulse from sensor identifies direction of pulley rotation in stepped motor, which interacts with carriage via toothed gear and rack.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to minimise consequences of fabric deformation in longitudinal direction, using machine with one drive, and also provides for more stable contact of fabric roll with transporting shafts.
