FIELD: textile industry; cloth winding and measuring machines and rolling and inspection machines. SUBSTANCE: device has feed rollers installed before winding drums and mechanically coupled with drum drive by means of slip clutch, roll diameter measuring system and two material length measuring systems. First length measuring system is installed on one of feed rollers, and the other on one of arms of lever carrying roll diameter measuring system transmitter. Winding drums are installed on frame mounted for turning in vertical plane relative to its axle of rotation. Axle is mechanically coupled with reversing drive controlled by computer unit. Input of computer unit is coupled with transmitters, and outputs of unit, with electromagnetic clutch and step motor. EFFECT: improved quality of winding. 2 dwg
