Adhesive layer contains bisopropol, polyisobytylene, adhesion-improving agent and organic liquid component compatible with polyisobytylene and adhesion-improving agent. Adhesive pharmaceutical composition has good skin adhesion with slighter irritation and is almost painlessly taken off or removed from skin surface almost without leaving adhesive substance.
