SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A transdermal system is described comprising an adhesive layer composed of a transdermal preparation on a substrate, wherein the transdermal preparation comprises a) 10 to 40 wt % non-aqueous base material based on the total weight of the transdermal preparation, b) 1 to 10 wt % non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug based on the total weight of the transdermal prepation and c) a polyethylene glycol component consisting of 0.3 to 5 wt % polyethylene glycol of low molecular weight based on the total weight of the transdermal preparation, and from 1 to 10 wt % polyethylene glycol of high molecular weight to based on the total weight of the transdermal preparation.
EFFECT: document describes a transdermal system comprising a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.
