SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dermatology, and concerns treating Vidal's disease. That is ensured by intramuscular introduction of Dalargin, 1 ml daily, 20-25 injections in acute inflammation period. It is combined with topical applications of bandages with 10% Cholestyramine ointment in the morning and nitrogen-siliceous mineral water in the evening. Further, in remitting of the process, therapy involves applications of electrostatic films with antihistamine and antipruritic preparations.

EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of the disease, including due to removal of skin-fixed immune complexes and simultaneous effect on the immune complexes circulating in patient's blood.
