METHOD FOR TREATING THE CASES OF NEURODERMATITIS Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC A61K33/00 A61N5/67 A61P17/00

Abstract RU 2269347 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves endonasally exposing both nasal passages in turn to infrared laser radiation with wavelength of 890 nm, pulse succession frequency of 3000 Hz and pulse power of 2.9 W, each nasal passage being treated 4-5 min long. Then, pathologically transformed skin areas are treated with ozonized vegetable oil having ozone concentration of at least 5 mg/l so that both injured region and at least 1 cm wide adjoining intact skin surface region are smeared. Point-mode irradiation is carried out with helium-neon laser over the boundary zone perimeter with 2-3 cm large distance between irradiation points and exposure time being equal to 30-60 s in each point. The total treatment course is 10-12 everyday procedures long.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in stimulating metabolism processes promoting lesion focus granulation and epithelialization; increased organism antioxidant system activity; improved hemodynamics state.
