SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering namely to multistage carrier rocket, method of its launching, four-component rocket engine and four component gas generator. Carrier rocket comprises first- and second-stage rocket units with oxidiser and fuel tanks jointed together and equipped with first- and second-stage engines. Said unit and second stage accommodate tanks with second fuel and second oxidiser, while second-stage engines comprises combustion chamber and turbo pump unit. Turbo pump unit comprises turbine, four-component gas generator, first oxidiser pump, second oxidiser pump, second fuel pump, additional pump of second fuel, first fuel pump and additional pump of first fuel. Proposed method of launching comprises simultaneous starting of first- and second-stage engines running on first oxidizer and first fuel, cutting off first-stage engines and ejecting first-stage units. Then every engine of second stage is switched over to supply with second fuel. Four-component rocket engine comprises combustion chambers with jet nozzle incorporating regenerative cooling system, has generator and turbo pump unit. Turbo pump unit comprises turbine, four-component gas generator, first oxidiser pump, second oxidiser pump, second fuel pump, additional pump of second fuel, first fuel pump and additional pump of first fuel. Outlets of all pumps are communicated with four-component gas generator inlet while outlet of the latter communicates with combustion chamber. Four-component gas generator comprises first oxidizer nozzle, nozzles of second fuel and second oxidiser.
EFFECT: better power characteristics, higher safety of fuel feed system.
