FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to compositions of iron. It can be implemented for fabrication of parts of heat aggregates and furnaces operating under conditions of thermo-cycling. Iron contains, wt %: carbon 2.7-3.3; silicon 1.0-1.3; manganese 0.4-0.6; molybdenum 0.2-0.4; magnesium 0.001-0.002; cobalt 3.6-4.0; aluminium 2.2-2.6; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: high thermal resistance of iron.
