FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: three gears are fitted on input shaft of the main gearbox. Said three gears are in constant mesh with three hears fitted on idle shaft. Gears rigidly coupled with idle shaft are in constant mesh with gears fitted on driven shaft of the main gearbox. Five coupling are mounted in the main gearbox. Two reverse mechanism couplings are fitted on driven shaft. Reverse mechanism idle shaft accommodates one more gear in constant mesh with gear fitted on range box idle shaft. Range box idle gear supports rigidly fixed gear and tubular shaft with toothed rim and gear wheel. Output shaft is arranged aligned with reverse mechanism idle shaft to support gear and gear train with two toothed rims. Output shaft gear is constant mesh with toothed rim of tubular shaft mounted in range box. Gear wheel fitted on tubular shaft engages with one of toothed rims of output shaft gear train. Synchro unit is mounted in range box.
